바톤이어받기 - 종량제
^^;; So Guilty님 감사합니다. 바톤을 받았군요.
이 바톤유행이 후니님께서 요즘 외국에서 유행이라고 소개해 주셨는데, 오 그럼 한국에도 들여와야겠군요 라고 서로 이야기 하다가 후니님께서 그럼 시작하세요 하고는 음반바톤을 시작하게 되었는데 이거 몇일 되지도 않아 수도 없이 많은 분들께서 참여하게 되는 바이러스인냥 퍼지게 되었네요 ^^;;
이것이 바로 다단계의 힘인가 봅니다 :) 누군가 논문쓰실때에 간단한 예로.. ^^
인터넷 종량제 바톤. 이제 받고 달려가 봅니다.
1. 인터넷 종량제에 대해 잘 알고 계신가요?
대충 이해는 하고 있습니다. 어느정도의 사용량을 초과하면 사용료가 부과 되는걸로 알고 있습니다. 특히 다운로드족들에게 아주 치명타라고 하더군요.
2. 인터넷 종량제에 무조건 반대하시나요?
언제나 질문에 절대적 요소가 들어가면 꼭 그런건 아닙니다 라고 대답이 되네요.
무조건 반대는 아닙니다.
3. 인터넷 종량제에 왜 찬성/반대하시나요?
찬성도 아니며 저는 반대도 아닙니다. 미국에 살고 있는 제가 뭘 안다고 찬성을 하고 반대를 하겠습니까만은 여러가지 제안은 드릴수가 있겠습니다.
일단 미국에서는 종량제는 상상을 하기 힘듭니다. 순수 경쟁의 시장이기때문에 종량제로 나아가다가는 다른 업체에게 밀리는거야 불보듯 뻔합니다. 물론 가격조정을, 그 미묘한 차이를 잘 맞춘다면 가능할수도 있습니다. 평균 한달에 $40정도 내니까 가격을 $20으로 낮추면서 몇시간 이상 쓰게 되면 1시간당 얼마를 내야 된다는 조건으로 나오면,, 혹시 될지도 모르겠군요. 미국의 핸드폰 문화가 그렇게 잡혀있기 때문에 아이디어를 정착시키는거야 어렵지 않겠습니다만, 오히려 핸드폰을 그렇게 쓰는것에 대해 너무나도 짜증이 나있는 분들에게는 역효과를 불러올수 있기에 그리고 그런분들이 꽤 많기 때문에 애초부터 종량제는 힘들지 않나 합니다.
미국이 워낙 보수적인 면도 있는지라 이미 제한없이 쓸수 있는 인터넷의 이미지를 바꾸면 사용자들이 그런 새 아이디어는 꺼들어 보지 않을면도 있겠습니다. 워낙에 문화가 보수적이고 느리니까 말입니다.
물론 이 이야기는 미국의 이야기 입니다. 아무리 전세계적으로 유행이라 하더래도 한국에 맞추어, 한국의 정서와 문화에 맞추어 일을 진행해 나가야 하니, 한국에는 그 종량제 라는것이혹시나 맞을수 있다고 봅니다. 하지만, 그 미묘한 차이를 어떻게 잡느냐가 어렵지 않을까 하는 생각입니다. 인터넷 이라는게 언제 급속히 바뀔지 모르는 곳인데, 나중에 화상체팅이나 HD텔레비전 시청등 여러 높은 트래픽이 필요한 요소들이 보편화되고 새 아이디어들이 생겨나면서 트래픽양이 늘어나야만 하는 상황이 온다면 지금 생기게 될 종량제 라는것이 걸림돌이 되겠죠.
그거야 그렇다고 쳐도, 컴퓨터를 완벽하게 이해하지 못하시는 부모님들께서 인터넷을 쓰실때 그런것을 알고 하시는것도 아니고, 몇백 GB 이상 사용하지 못하십니다 라는 말을 듣고 과연 얼만큼 컴퓨터 용어를 이해를 하셔서 종량제를 잘 넘어가실지 또한 염려도 되고, 또 시간제로 하자니, 인터넷 속도에 따라서 사용량이 차이가나니 약간 흔들릴 요소들이 있겠군요. 혹시나 클럽박스 파일박스처럼 어느 일정량 속도가 나지않으면 점수에서 빼지 않는 제도를 사용하면 또 모르겠습니다.
이 말고도 여러가지 많은 위험도가 있을수 있으니 정말 득과 실을 잘 따져서 시행해야된다고 봅니다.
무식한 저도 걱정이 되니, 아시는 분들은 오죽할까요..
4. 만약 인터넷 종량제를 실시한다면 적정 요금은 어느 정도로 해야 할까요?
요금은 제가 한국의 물가를 잘 모르기 때문에 말씀드릴수가 없겠네요.
사용자를 고려한 요금이 되기를 바랄뿐입니다.
